Benjamin Douglas was born on June 15th, 1859 in ,,CA. Benjamin Douglas' father was Joseph Johnston Badger and his mother was Lucinda McCann. His paternal grandparents were Joseph Badger and Nancy Ann; his maternal grandparents were Neal McCann and Eliza Young. He had six brothers and three sisters, named William Neal, James Albert, Robert Abraham, George McClellan, Joseph J, Henry Lee, Nancy Ann, Louisa Jane and Mary Ann Mllie. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 68 on November 1st, 1927 in ,Sonoma,CA. He was buried in Fulkerson Cemetery.-
