Neal McCann 
Neal was born on October 2nd, 1796 in KY. Neal's father was Pleasant Sr. McCann and his mother was Mary Robinson. His paternal grandparents were Neal McCann and UNKNOWN Obedience; his maternal grandparents were Bemjamin Robinson and Mildred Burbridge. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Pleasant, Benjamin, John, Joseph, Lucinda, Marian and Mildred. He died at the age of 37 on September 22nd, 1834 in Shelby,IN.General Notes

he died before his mother, Polly Robinson McCann. this group brought sauid against his
brothers and sisters. Suit in Clark Co., KY, Court House, 1856. It reads:
Neal McCann Heirs: William McCann, Lucinda McCann who married Joseph
Badger, and Sarah McCann who married G. W. Tingle VERSUS the heirs of Mariam
McCann Moore.
When Neal McCann's sister, Mariam McCann Moore, died, she made no mention of
her deceased brother's children in her will. (McCann Genealogy, Margaret Winn Haynes).
‌Neal and Eliza were married in a religious ceremony on January 15th, 1822 in Fayette,KY. They had a son and five daughters, named William, Patsy Ann, Polly Ann, Lucinda, Sarah and Elizabeth.

In the marriage bond of Eliza Young and Neal McCann it states that consent
was given by father James Young and surety by James Young, Jan. 15, 1822.

Lucinda was born on January 22nd, 1828 in Shelby,IN. She died at the age of 60 on October 26th, 1888 in Santa Rosa,Sonoma,CA. She was buried in bennett valley cemetery.
William McCann
William was born on March 6th, 1830. He died at the age of 71 in 1901 in Monticello,IL.
Sarah McCann
Sarah was born on December 10th, 1831. She died at the age of 74 in 1905 in ,Shelby,IN. She was buried in Forest Hill Cemetery.
