Patsy Ann was born on October 19th, 1823. Patsy Ann's father was Neal McCann and her mother was Eliza Young. Her paternal grandparents were Pleasant Sr. McCann and Mary Robinson; her maternal grandparents were James Young and Mary Guyn.
