His paternal grandparents were Renaud De Roucy Count of Reims and Alberade de Lorraine; his maternal grandparents were Albert II (Alberic) Count of Macon and Ermentrude De Roucy Countess of Macon. He had a brother and two sisters, named Lietaud I de , Seigneur de Marle, Judith (Jutta) de and Yvette of. He died on May 11th, 1033. He was buried in Archbishop Of Rheims.1 1 General Notes
