Isabel was born on May 5th, 1316 in of Caldecot,Northampton,England.1 Isabel's father was Humphry VIII, Earl of Hereford & Essex de Bohun and her mother was Elizabeth Plantagenet. Her paternal grandparents were Humphry VII, Earl of Hereford & Essex de Bohun and Maud de Fiennes. She had seven brothers and four sisters, named Hugh, Humphrey, John , Earl of Hereford & Essex, Edward, Humphrey de Bohun , Earl of Hereford, Sir William , Earl of Northampton, Edmund, Alianore, Mary, Margaret and Aeneas (Agnes). She had a half-brother named William. She died in 1316.1 General Notes
