Isabel was born about 1210 in Buckinghamshire,England.1 Isabel's father was Jacques de Condé sn de Condé & Balleul and her mother was daughter de Rouex. Her paternal grandparents were Nicholas de Condé and Isabel de Moreaumes; her maternal grandparents were Eustace III de Rouex and Marie de Mortaigne. She had a brother named Nicholas de Condé II.2 General Notes
