Helen (Elena) de was born about 1200 in Carrick,Argyllshire,Scotland.1   Helen (Elena) de's father was Alan McDonald De Galloway and her mother was Ragnhild (Hilda) of the Isles.  Her paternal grandparents were Roland De Galloway and Elena (Helena) De MORVILLE; her maternal grandparents were Reginald Lord of Isles and Funia (Fonia) of Moray. She had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Thomas "Of Huntingdon" De, Christian De and Dervorgilla De.  She died after November 21st, 1245 in ,,England.  She was buried in Brackley,Aberdeenshire,Scotland.1 1
