Samuel Miller Zike 
Samuel Miller was born on December 5th, 1863. Samuel Miller's father was William Zike and his mother was Harriet May Poor. His paternal grandparents were John Zike and Susannah Smith. He had two brothers and seven sisters, named Jacob Wendell, Thomas William, Anna Belle, Martha Evelyn, Hattie Florence, Mary Etta, Ida May, Julia Elizabeth and Zelma Elendor. He was the second oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 74 in June 1938. He was buried in Benton Cemetery, Ringgold County, Iowa.-
