Ida May was born on September 7th, 1881. Ida May's father was William Zike and her mother was Harriet May Poor. Her paternal grandparents were John Zike and Susannah Smith. She had three brothers and six sisters, named Samuel Miller, Jacob Wendell, Thomas William, Anna Belle, Martha Evelyn, Hattie Florence, Mary Etta, Julia Elizabeth and Zelma Elendor. She was the third youngest of the ten children.General Notes
