Delmar Lecoe Skirvin

Delmar Lecoe was born about 1913. Delmar Lecoe's father was Obel Estes Skirvin and his mother was Goldie Cecil Shields. His paternal grandparents were Smith Skirvin and Clara Kemp; his maternal grandparents were George Washington Shields and Luella Richardson.
