Mary S. Shields

Mary S. was born about 1828 in Kentucky.  Mary S.'s father was D. W. Shields and her mother was Nancy Agnes Snoddy.  Her paternal grandparents were William L., Sr. Shields and Nancy Elizabeth Nash. She had five brothers and four sisters, named William W., John T., Joseph L., Samuel L., Barton M., Nancy J., Susanna J., Julia A. and Angeline A..  She was the oldest of the ten children.
