Russell Eads 
Russell was born on May 12th, 1906 in Monroe Co., Indiana. Russell's father was David Franklin Eads and his mother was Clara Alice Southern. His paternal grandparents were Henry Eads and Nancy Jane Sciscoe-Siscoe; his maternal grandfather was Lewis Conner. He had three sisters named Darlene, Della and Pearl. He died at the age of 78 on September 9th, 1984 in Bloomington Hospital, Bloomington, Monroe Co., Indiana. He was buried in Mt. Ebal Cemetery, Monroe Co., Indiana.General Notes
Russell Eads, 78, of 5805 S. Handy Road, died Sunday at the Bloomington
Hospital.
Born May 12, 1906, in Monroe County, he was the son of David and
Clara (Conard) Eads. He was a retired superintendent at the Empire Stone
Co. and later was a foreman at the Maple Hill Stone Co. He was a member
of Sanders Pentecostal Church.
Survivors include his wife, Wilma (Nelson) Bryant Eads; one
daughter, Mrs. Jack (Lois) Stillions of Bloomington; one son, Phillip
Eads of Bloomington; one stepson, Albert Bryant of Ragoon, Burma; one
sister, Darlene Hardy of Bloomington; seven grandchildren; six step
grandchildren; two great grandchildren and three step great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Ruth (Bruner) Eads in
1960; two sisters, Della Rife and Pearl York; one half brother, Roy
Conard, and one step son, Robert Bryant.
Services will be 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Sanders Pentecostal Church
and the Revs. Russell Nelson and Fred Stanger officiating. Burial will
be in Mt. Ebal Cemetery.
Friends may call 7 - 9 p.m. today and 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 p.m. Tuesday
