David Eads, 80, of the Chapel Hill community, died early today at
Bloomington Hospital. He had been ill for a week and died of a heart
ailment.
He was a native of Monroe County.
Survivors are a son, Russell Eads, R. 8, Bloomington; a daughter,
Pearl York, Heltonville R. 1; a stepdaughter, Darlene Eads, R. 5,
Bloomington; two brothers, Elmer Eads, R. 8, Bloomington and Roy Eads,
Bloomington; three sisters, Mrs. Marshal Meadows and Mrs. Homer Matler,
both of Bloomington, and Mrs. William Todd, Crawfordsville; 10
grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.
Funeral is set for 11 a.m. Saturday at the Chapel Hill Chapel, with
burial in the adjoining cemetery.
The body remains at the Jones Funeral Home where friends may call
