Orville Morris was born on January 11th, 1912 in Monroe Co., Indiana. Orville Morris' father was Harrison Eads and his mother was Nellie M. Shields. His paternal grandparents were Peter Eads and Sarah A.( Nuckles) Knockolls; his maternal grandparents were Joseph H. Shields and Ella F. Musser. He had two brothers and a sister, named Raymond Edward, Joseph Ancil "Toots" and Wanda I.. He was the second oldest of the four children.
