I have July 6, 1968 as date of death and place of death as Ball State
Hospital, Muncie, Indiana  (do not know where this information came from
- Jeanette) Also obit. states that his mother's name was Sarah Conner
Eads, her maiden name was  Nuckles and this was found on his parents
marriage records.

John Perry Eads, 93, of R. 1, Heltonville, died at 8:15 p.m. Friday
at Bloomington Hospital.  He was a native and life resident of Monroe
County.  He was born March 9, 1875 to Peter and Sarah Conner Eads.  His
wife, Nancy Ann Martin Eads preceded him in death in 1959.
He was a retired farmer and a member of the Pentecostal Church.
Survivors include six sons, Cecil J., and Clifford, both of R. 8
Bloomington, Marshall, of R. 5, Ezra E. and Herschel, of R. 1,
Heltonville, Johnny, of Muncie, and three daughters, Mrs. Lula Sowders,
of Utica, Ind., Mrs. Ella Teeter, Louisville, KY, and Mrs. May Chandler, 
of R. 4, Bloomington, 33 grandchildren, 56 great grandchildren, and 5
great great grandchildren.
Three sons, Clarence, Ray, and Dewey also preceded him in death.
Services have been set for 2 p.m. Monday at the Chapel Hill
Pentecostal Church with Rev. Raymond Shields and Rev. Clifford Eads
officiating.  Burial will be in the adjoining cemetery.
Friends may call at the Allen Funeral Home from 7:30 - 9:30 p.m.
today and 2:30 to 9:30 p.m. Sunday.
