Gerald Vernon Eads 
Gerald Vernon was born on March 19th, 1927. Gerald Vernon's father was Cecil Eads and his mother was Dollie Deckard. His paternal grandparents were John Perry Eads and Nancy Ann Martin; his maternal grandparents were Sampson Deckard and Mary Stillions. He had two brothers and a sister, named Vacil Edward, Ernest Dale and Eva Doris. He was the second youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 44 on January 29th, 1972 in McCormick Road, Smithville, Monroe Co., Indiana.General Notes
Gerald V. Eads, 44, McCormick Road, Smithville, died at his residence
this morning.
He was a mechanic for the Robertson Stone Company.
Survivors include his wife Ruth; two sons, Roger of Smithville and
Gerald Allen, at home; a daughter, Mrs. Rita Grove, Bloomington, tow
brothers, Vacel and Ernest, both of Bloomington; a sister, Mrs. Eva
Stewart, Bloomington; and his father, Cecil of Bloomington.
Arrangements are pending at the Greene and Harrell Funeral Home.
