Mary Hix 
Mary's father was William Hix and her mother was Hannah Garrad\Jarrett. Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Hicks and Melvina Cole; her maternal grandfather was David Jacob Garrad\Jarrett. She had eight brothers and a sister, named David, Joseph Stephen, Ellis, Achilles, Thomas, William, John, Jesse and Elizabeth.
‌Mary were married in a religious ceremony on October 2nd, 1823.
