David Hix Jr 
David was born about 1813 in Kanawha Co,WV. David's father was David Hix and his mother was Mildred Huddleston. His paternal grandparents were William Hix and Hannah Garrad\Jarrett. He had five brothers named George, Ahas, Achilles, Merritt and John. He was the second youngest of the six children. He died on September 11th, 1854 in Putnam Co,WV.
David and Isabella were married in a religious ceremony in 1837 in Kanawha Co,WV. They had five sons and two daughters, named John B, Charles H, James Jerome, Andrew M, Napoleon J, Sarah Margaret and Alice.
