Jacob BARKER OR WELCH 
Jacob was born in 1761 in Richmond,Va. Jacob's father was James BARKER and his mother was Mary SMITH. His paternal grandfather was BARKER. He had three brothers and a sister, named James, Jr., William, Isaac and Mary. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died in Boone,Va.
Jacob and Frances Susan were married in a religious ceremony in September 1781 in ,,Virginia. They had four sons and three daughters, named Isaac, Joseph, William Allen, Anderson, Susan, Dicy and Nancy.

William Allen BARKER OR WELCH
William Allen was born on March 14th, 1796 in Amherst,Va. He died at the age of 40 on February 14th, 1837 in ,Giles,Virginia.
Anderson BARKER OR WELCH
Anderson was born in Buckingham,Va. He died on October 20th, 1885 in ,Logan,W.va..
