William BARKER

William was born in 1757 in <Richmond,Va>.  William's father was James BARKER and his mother was Mary SMITH.  His paternal grandfather was BARKER. He had three brothers and a sister, named James, Jr., Jacob, Isaac and Mary.  He was the second oldest of the five children.
