Milton Emery Varner 
Milton Emery was born in 1866 in Linn County, IA.1 Milton Emery's father was Isaac Daniel Varner and his mother was Ruth Amelia Baker. His paternal grandparents were Joseph W. Varner and Lucy Andrews; his maternal grandparents were John A Baker and Susan Farley. He had three brothers and six sisters, named James Nelson, Ellis Arvin, Franklin Howard, Lucille Evaline, Mary Elizabeth, Isadora Arbella, Susie Alveretta, Matilda Emma and Dulcie May. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 88 in 1954.1 -
