Ellis Arvin Varner 
Ellis Arvin was born on May 1st, 1873 in Butler County, KS.1 Ellis Arvin's father was Isaac Daniel Varner and his mother was Ruth Amelia Baker. His paternal grandparents were Joseph W. Varner and Lucy Andrews; his maternal grandparents were John A Baker and Susan Farley. He had three brothers and six sisters, named James Nelson, Milton Emery, Franklin Howard, Lucille Evaline, Mary Elizabeth, Isadora Arbella, Susie Alveretta, Matilda Emma and Dulcie May. He was the second youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 66 on April 3rd, 1940.1 -
