Robert Alton Sibley 
Robert Alton was born on August 19th, 1910.1 Robert Alton's father was Walter Wirt Sibley and his mother was Mable Alice Waggoner. His paternal grandparents were James Alexander Sibley and Willena Ara Pharr; his maternal grandparents were Allen Brown Waggoner and Mary Elizabeth. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Earl Elbert, Lee Rhett, Living, Edna May, Mary Blanche, Living and Living. He died at the age of 80 on February 11th, 1991 in Dallas, Texas.1 -
