Martha Russell 
Martha was born in 1834 in Ohio.1 Martha's father was Samuel Russell and her mother was Mary Irwin. Her paternal grandparents were John Russell and Hannah "Patience" Rankin. She had four brothers and two sisters, named James, Samuel F, John, William, Susan and Ellen. She was the third youngest of the seven children.-
