James Rinard 
James was born in 1812 in Pennsylvania.1 James' father was Isaac Rinard and his mother was Easter Elder. His maternal grandparents were John Elder and Mother. He had a brother and six sisters, named Isaac, Margaret, Elisabeth, Cynthia, Mary, Nancy and Rebecca. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He had a half-brother and a half-sister, named John and Sarah. He died at the age of 81 in 1893 in Morris County, Kansas.1 General Notes
