Rebecca Rinard 
Rebecca was born in 1826 in Washington County, Ohio.1 Rebecca's father was Isaac Rinard and her mother was Easter Elder. Her maternal grandparents were John Elder and Mother. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Isaac, James, Margaret, Elisabeth, Cynthia, Mary and Nancy. She was the youngest of the eight children. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named John and Sarah.
