Cynthia Rinard

Cynthia was born in 1818 in Washington County, Ohio.¹   Cynthia's father was Isaac Rinard and her mother was Easter Elder.  Her maternal grandparents were John Elder and Mother. She had two brothers and five sisters, named Isaac, James, Margaret, Elisabeth, Mary, Nancy and Rebecca.  She was the fourth youngest of the eight children. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named John and Sarah.  She died at the age of 27 in 1845 in Harrison County, Ohio.¹ 

‌Cynthia and Thomas were married in a religious ceremony on December 23rd, 1838.¹   They had three sons named Erza, George P and John Elder.
