Thomas Minney

Thomas was born in 1813 in Washington County, Ohio.¹   He died in Washington County, Ohio.¹ 

‌Thomas and Cynthia were married in a religious ceremony on December 23rd, 1838.¹   They had three sons named Erza, George P and John Elder.
