Loudon Francisco was born on December 12th, 1867 in Ironton, Lawrence County, Ohio.1 Loudon Francisco's father was Cornelius Singleton Markin and his mother was Eliza Jane Glandon. His paternal grandparents were James M. Markin and Elizabeth (Betsey) Blankenship; his maternal grandparents were John Glandon and Theodocia Runion. He had two brothers and seven sisters, named Joseph Jackson, James Alfred Garfield, Dempsey Ellen, Mary Alice, Minnie Ivan, Myrtle Dell, Annie Hestella E, Chloe Lucretia and Baby Girl. He was the second oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 1 on March 27th, 1869 in Ironton, Lawrence County, Ohio.1 -
