Lorenzo Dow Markin 
Lorenzo Dow was born on August 28th, 1869 in Vinton County, Ohio.1 Lorenzo Dow's father was John Wesley Markin and his mother was Martha Mary Emily Glandon. His paternal grandparents were James M. Markin and Elizabeth (Betsey) Blankenship; his maternal grandparents were John Glandon and Theodocia Runyan. He had three brothers and three sisters, named John Andrew, Charles Edward, Lewis Erna, Cornelia Jane, Sarah Ann and Della Mae. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 81 on November 7th, 1950 in Sauk County, Wisconsin.1 -
