Della Mae Markin 
Della Mae was born on November 24th, 1878 in Vinton County, Ohio.1 Della Mae's father was John Wesley Markin and her mother was Martha Mary Emily Glandon. Her paternal grandparents were James M. Markin and Elizabeth (Betsey) Blankenship; her maternal grandparents were John Glandon and Theodocia Runyan. She had four brothers and two sisters, named Lorenzo Dow, John Andrew, Charles Edward, Lewis Erna, Cornelia Jane and Sarah Ann. She was the youngest of the seven children. She died at the age of 95 on September 6th, 1974 in Milbank, Grant County, South Dakota.1 -
