Jennett Lusk 
Jennett was born about 1767 in Union District, South Carolina.1 Jennett's father was Robert Lusk and her mother was Mary Vance. Her paternal grandparents were James Lusk and Jennett; her maternal grandfather was James Vance. She had six brothers and three sisters, named James Vance, Robert, Andrew, Thomas, John, George Vance, Nancy Agnes, Mary and Sarah. She was the fourth youngest of the ten children.
