Reginald Carr Allen 
Reginald Carr was born on May 20th, 1906 in Ironton, Lawrence County, Ohio.1 Reginald Carr's father was Frank Dilley Allen and his mother was Claudia Carr. His paternal grandparents were John Lee Allen and Charity Ella Dilley. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Frank Marion, Warren, Ellouise and Virginia. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 72 on July 9th, 1978 in National Cemetery, Ft Logan, Colorado.1 General Notes

Reginald served in European area during WWII. Died in veteran's hospital, Denver, CO - buried d in National Cemetery , Ft Logan, Colorado.
