Ellouise Allen 
Ellouise was born on August 3rd, 1903.1 Ellouise's father was Frank Dilley Allen and her mother was Claudia Carr. Her paternal grandparents were John Lee Allen and Charity Ella Dilley. She had three brothers and a sister, named Reginald Carr, Frank Marion, Warren and Virginia. She was the oldest of the five children. She died at the age of 91 on March 7th, 1995 in Council Grove, Kansas.1 General Notes
