Hiram Franklin Yocum 
Hiram Franklin was born on June 11th, 1860 in Mound Twp, McDonough Co, IL.1 Hiram Franklin's father was Jacob Preston Yocum and his mother was Sarah Margaret Glasscock. His paternal grandparents were Jacob Preston Yocum and Nancy Keeton. He had two brothers and three sisters, named George W, Gustavius A, Elizabeth, Mary C and Rachel Ann. He was the second youngest of the six children. He died at the age of 55 on July 14th, 1915 in Bushnell, McDonough Co, IL.1 General Notes
