Francis YOAKUM 
Francis was born about 1729 in Frederick Co, VA.1 Francis' father was Mathias Yoakum and his mother was Elinor See. His paternal grandparents were Francis Jochem and Millie Felty; his maternal grandparents were George Ludwig Zeh and Margaret Tschudi. He had eleven brothers named Jacob, Felty, Valentine, Mathias, Jesse, Michael, Conrad, John, William, Henry and George. He was the oldest of the twelve children. He died on November 14th, 1780 in Frederick Co, VA.1 General Notes
