Melvina POWELL

Melvina was born on August 5th, 1863.¹   Melvina's father was Charles POWELL and her mother was Elizabeth Jane Lane.  Her maternal grandparents were John C. Lane and Ann G. MARTIN. She had six brothers and six sisters, named John H., Andrew Jackson, William Joseph, Israel Nordike, Charles, Richard S., Matilda, Matilda, Catherine Ann, Nancy Jane, Martha and Martha.  She was the third youngest of the thirteen children.  She died at the age of 1 on October 31st, 1864.¹
