  From Virginia Grant 1519 Swan Lake R. Duluth, Mn 55811 In appros. 1735 John Martin patented a bout 250 acres in Farifax Co VA. HE willed it to his son James who in turn willed it to hsi s ons Saul and Noah martin. Saul may have had 8 heirs, one being Ann G. Martin. We next pick u p the trial of John C. and Ann Lane in Lancaster, MO. John's will was probated in Lancaster , date 12 fEb 1856.[576008.ftw]
