Frederick LAYNE 
Frederick was born on April 15th, 1761 in ,St James Parish, Goochland, Virginia and his baptism took place there on May 24th, 1761.1 Frederick's father was Ayres LAYNE and his mother was Mary WOODSON. His maternal grandparents were Robert III WOODSON and Rebecca PRYOR. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Robert, Tarlton, John, Woodson, Lewis, Benjamin Woodson, George, Sally, Elizabeth (Betty) (Betsy) and Mary Polly. He was the second oldest of the eleven children. He died about 1832.1 -
