Henry Slaymaker

Henry was born in 1762 in Lancaster Co., PA.  Henry's father was Henry Slaymaker and his mother was Faithful Richardson.  His paternal grandparents were Mathias Schleiermacher and Catharine Schiebel. He had two brothers and six sisters, named Amos, Samuel, Mary, Hannah, Faithful, Lydia, Sarah and Sophia.  He was the third oldest of the nine children.  He died at the age of 64 in 1826.
