Faithful Slaymaker

Faithful was born in 1767 in Lancaster Co., PA.  Faithful's father was Henry Slaymaker and her mother was Faithful Richardson.  Her paternal grandparents were Mathias Schleiermacher and Catharine Schiebel. She had three brothers and five sisters, named Amos, Henry, Samuel, Mary, Hannah, Lydia, Sarah and Sophia.  She was the fifth oldest of the nine children.  She died at the age of 80 in 1847.
