Samuel Lefever 
Samuel was born on June 22nd, 1783 in Lancaster Co., PA. Samuel's father was George Lefever and his mother was Anna Barbara Slaymaker. His paternal grandparents were Philiip LeFevre and Maria Herr; his maternal grandparents were Lawrence Slaymaker and Eva Elizabeth Eckman. He had eight brothers and four sisters, named Lawrence, Isaac, Daniel, Jacob, George, Adam, Peter, John, Elizabeth, Anna Elisabeta, Mary and Anna Barbara. He was the second youngest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 56 on April 1st, 1840.General Notes
