Daniel Lefever 
Daniel was born on November 23rd, 1768 in Cumberland Co., PA. Daniel's father was George Lefever and his mother was Anna Barbara Slaymaker. His paternal grandparents were Philiip LeFevre and Maria Herr; his maternal grandparents were Lawrence Slaymaker and Eva Elizabeth Eckman. He had eight brothers and four sisters, named Lawrence, Isaac, Jacob, George, Adam, Peter, Samuel, John, Elizabeth, Anna Elisabeta, Mary and Anna Barbara. He was the fifth oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 86 on January 13th, 1855.General Notes
