Caroline Steer 
Caroline was born about 1852 in Bigbury Devon.1 Caroline's father was William Steer and her mother was Elizabeth Ash. Her paternal grandparents were George Steer and Ann Haynes. She had a brother and five sisters, named James, Elizabeth, Margaret, Maria, Sarah and Mary. She was the youngest of the seven children.-
