Jasper Stear

Jasper was born before 1760 and his baptism took place on March 30th, 1760 in Charleton Devon.¹   Jasper's father was Thomas Sture and his mother was Mary Luckham.  His paternal grandparents were William Sture and Agnes Cranch. He had five brothers and two sisters, named William, George, Thomas, John, Richard, Mary and Ann.  He was the second youngest of the eight children.  He died in 1845.  He was buried on January 11th, 1845 in Churchstow Devon.¹
