Eliza was born about 1876 in Farnborough Kent.1   Eliza's father was George STEERS and her mother was Eliza STEERS. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Thomas, Charles, Albert, Isabella, Emma and Ada.  She was the third youngest of the seven children.
