Margret was born about 1893 in West Chiltington, Sussex.1   Margret's father was Albert STEER and her mother was Edith STEER. She had three brothers and four sisters, named William, Christpher, George, Chartottey, Edith, Catherine and Fanney.  She was the fourth oldest of the eight children.
