Jenny was born about 1899 in Ireland.1   Jenny's father was Richard STEER and her mother was Jane B STEER. She had five brothers and two sisters, named Archibald, Phillip, Harry, Daniel, Thomas, Mary and Edith.  She was the youngest of the eight children.
