Albert Clarence was born about 1906 in St Austell Cornwall.1   Albert Clarence's father was Benjamin Tamar STEAR and his mother was Harriet Jane STEAR. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Thamas Tamar, George Charles, Leslie Robert, Lionel, Alice Maude, Olave Margeret and Edna Charlotte.  He was the third youngest of the eight children.
