Hannah was born on July 9th, 1732.1   Hannah's father was John Goad and her mother was Elizabeth Walker.  Her paternal grandparents were Joseph Goad and Hannah Atkinson. She had two brothers and three sisters, named Joseph, Thomas, Sarah, Elizabeth and Elizabeth.  She was the third youngest of the six children.
